***Update***
After talking to people from both supporter groups, it has been confirmed that the OzSpurs will wear their clubs home kit which is of course white, which means we will wear YELLOW tops. As OzSpurs will be in all-white, it would be preferable if it were yellow tops, and navy blue shorts and socks, but there is no drastic need to be in complete uniform. However, yellow shirts (not necesserily leeds but NO OTHER TEAM!!) will be compulsory for LUV. As these games have become somewhat of an annual event, we decided that it was only fair if we rotated who got to wear their clubs home kits. Goalkeepers have been asked to wear something completely alternative.
Also, kick off will definitely be at Knox Uniteds home ground, which is 99 Karoo Road, Knox, and it is opposite (or in the same complex) as the Knox Italian Social Club. Kick off will either be either before or after Knox United's womens practice match, which will kick off at 3; meaning kick off will either be at 1 or 5, but we will have a definite answer to that within the next week or so. Looks likely that there will be a BBQ put on by the club, so bring a bit of money and you will be fed after the game. They will be selling drinks as well (alcoholic and non- alcoholic).
Bring shinguards, footy boots and any extra equipment you might usually need to play a footy match (drink bottles, towel for after etc...)
The game will be refereed by a qualified ref who is also the first team manager of the club. He is a Leeds fan (hehe) and a good bloke.
Sooo yeah hope that explains pretty much everything up till now, as I said when we get official word of what time kick off is I'll post it up here straight away.
Cheers everyone. |

Errr... ok... LOL.
LOL at playing before or after the women's practice match. Was talking to the club pres (Felice?) about other stuff and he asked if I still played as he's trying to recruit for the ladies...
Anyway, I'll come down and see what happens. Would be good to meet some you aside from Liam, Dave & Kenner. |

Cool, i'll get to unleash my new yellow away strip. Beckford on the back. I just hope it gets here before then, the official club shop is usually pretty timely, so it should be apples.
Will there be any sort of kick around before then so I can get used to a round ball again?
Been kicking the egg around for far too long. |

Yeah me Dave and Kenner were talking about everyone getting together for a bit of a training run (smashing the ball at the keeper, then a 6-a-side match) before the game. Possibly at Darebin.
Who would be up for that? |

Yep, astro turf. Any type of shoes, although people seem to slip over alot without studs at that joint so I recommend them. |

23rd sounds like it's going to be a cracking day.
Womens match on before us, then Leeds vs Ozspurs followed by Knox vs Trojan.
Will definitely be a great turnout. Drinks and BBQ afterwards too, gonna be good! |
