Based on the meeting held Friday 15th Jun, the following is our current position.

1. We will remain for the time being, and are quite happy to remain, as a Supporters Club of Leeds United

2. We are interested to hear, in detail, specifically what benefits becoming a RMC would entail for our members and fans here in Australia.

3. For anyone considering discussing a RMC for Australia with Leeds United, please rest assurred that there are well over 50 "interested" folks in Victoria alone who are interested to hear what is on offer and how much it will cost

4. Based on any formal feedback presented to us, we will review our position and base any future decisions on the best available information from Leeds United and the views of the fans in our club

I confirm we have 50plus people interested "in principle" of forming a RMC in Melbourne, Adelaide & Perth - These are currently supporters club branches (Melbourne & Adelaide) but would be interesed in principle of become a National Members Club of Australia.

The majority of these people are not current members of Leeds United FC, as in our opinion the current package does not offer value for money to Australian based fans, So we would be interested in joining subject to the package the club can put together, (and also the price). I confirm we have a leadership structure already in place of Chairman, Vice Chair, Secretary & Treasurer as per the requirement of the RMC Constitution. We would be happy to sign the constitution and complete individual membership forms subject to the package on offer by the club.

In turn the RMC will promote the name of Leeds United FC, raise funds within Australia for Leeds United FC and abide by the consititution of RMC rules.

Just to let you all know, I had an out of office autoreply - John is away until 26th June, hence no reply from him as yet. - will keep in touch.

HINT: The bloke that mucked it up last time associated with LUA - whilst I enjoy a beer with him, did come across quite strongly and push a lot of folks into the direction he wanted - hence there was a lot of push back - good old Yorkshire grit stylee - and the resentment may still live on....

I have no knowledge of LUA, But my only concern at the mo is for Leeds United to make a genuine acceptable offer to fans in Australia. I have no wish to lead any organisation other than it would be great if I could get a LUFC social scene together in Perth/Rockingham

PS - Got new LLL Magazine today, all pre season friendlies are Live on LUTV!. So Im hoping he gets back quickly for you guys!
