Just got this email 5 minutes ago from FOX:

Hi Mike,

FOX SPORTS has just been offered the rights to show the final and we have accepted.

Due to LIVE commitments on all 3 channels, the game will be shown on Monday morning at 3am on delay on FOX SPORTS 3 (after the French Open). A replay will also be shown at 1.30pm on Monday on FOX SPORTS 3.

Dear All,

I thought it would be a good idea to e-mail you an update on the above mentioned game. Apologies for the group e-mail but we felt this was the most efficient way to update you all on our progress.

Thank you all for your e-mails in relation to the League 1 Final taking place this Sunday. We really value this feedback and as you can see we certainly take it on board where we can.

Now for the details:

Coca-Cola League One Playoff Final
Leeds v Doncaster

We have been given late clearance to broadcast this game by the rights holder. Rights to the match were not originally included in our Coca-Cola Championship contract. As a result of the late opportunity, live commitments on all three channels on the night of Sunday 25 May, have already been made. This means that all events have been advertised to our subscribers and therefore we are not in a position to change this.

However, in the event that any of the LIVE sports are washed out or if they finish early, we will broadcast the match LIVE. We will most likely not know until Sunday, once we have a result on the tennis and cricket.

Unfortunately, Main Event is not an option for FOX SPORTS on this match.

Broadcast times: (all EST) Regardless of whether or not we can show it LIVE, the following times are locked in:

Monday 26 May at 3.00am on FOX SPORTS 3 (delay) - a 2 hour time slot has been allowed for the match so no action will be missed.

A Replay of match has also been scheduled on Monday 26th at 1.30 pm (FOX SPORTS 3). A 90minute time slot has been allocated (again, the match will be shown in its entirety).

Spot on re fuel tv.. they are not serious... the fuel tv is the easy option.. or they could do one of those ones where you press the red button on fox 3 and you can change to the leeds match etc.. or just run it on the news channel, can't imagine too much of an outrage?? .. i look forward to watching it at the dickens live.
