Make the LUV - Trojan game a fund raiser for him???

Great idea, but I think it'd be a bit unfair for both supporter clubs, as I and maybe 2 or 3 others are the only ones that know him properly from the football point of view.

So far we have raised 800 bucks (Collingwood cheersquad are running a different fundraising scheme) and once we get to a certain amount (about double what we've got) then that'll be that...I dont want to organise anything to elaborate and money grabbing as many of the people who would give dont personally know him and I don't wanna be 'asking'...

I dont think its actually "asking" as such - and it doesnt really matter if we know the lad personally or not - we all donate to Royal Childrens Good friday appeal dont we????!!!???

Maybe making the game a tribute game or at least giving it a bit more focus or importance than just friendly would help. Hekc he's your mate and your involved in both sides so call it the <insert mates name here*> Trophy*
