Arbitration Diary 9.30pm

Passing time by watching some rubbish cooking show with a bloke who can't stop swearing. Seems like a cunt. Used to play for the Gers though so he must be okay. Twisted a nerve in my spine at footy training two nights ago and under the physio's instructions can't sit down for more than 5 mins. Gotta be lying down or standing up.

I go take another set of two painkillers to stop the pain. On MSN chatting shit to numerous people guaranteeing them we are going up as fucking champions. I also key Leeds United Supporters Club into Google, and read up on clubs all around the world. Get comfortable on the couch for the Footy show in my Leeds trackies - sturdy trackies that have stood the test of time (over 2 years) and for $30 represents one of the best buys I've ever made...
